Prospot have many years of experience of the Design and Manufacture of Robo琀椀c Assembly Cells.
Robots are ideal for applica琀椀ons such as Spot Welding, Arc Welding, Nut & Bolt Welding, Clinching and
Sealing / Gluing.
It is also possible to combine some of these processes into a single cell for more complex assemblies such
as Automo琀椀ve Sunroof Panels which typically include spot welded brackets as well as projec琀椀on welded
昀椀xings, short cycle 昀椀xings and even brazed joints.
Prospot can assist with developing the assembly process to meet exac琀椀ng quality and volume requirements
with our in-house Design and Technical Departments.
